What EC72 means

EC 72 returns after one safe reset or the condition does not clear. Tell them the manual trigger is "Lack-phase failure of the outdoor DC fan motor; the manual describes abnormal three-phase sampling current, especially when one or more phase currents stay small and almost zero" and point them to 4.7 TS38: Lack of phase failure of ODU DC fan motor diagnosis and solution.
