What H03 means

H03 corresponds to Midea's EH03 code: the indoor fan speed is operating outside of the normal range - the blower stays at an abnormally low speed (e.g. about 300 RPM) or abnormally high speed for a set time, so the unit stops and displays the failure. One power-cycle is the homeowner step; a returning code needs fan-motor or PCB diagnosis.
