Bosch Mini Split E0 Error Code

What E0 means

E0 means an indoor unit EEPROM parameter error on Bosch Climate 5000 systems - the indoor (or outdoor) PCB main chip is not receiving valid feedback from the EEPROM chip that stores unit settings. Power cycle once (off at the breaker, wait 2-3 minutes); if E0 returns, the control wiring or a main PCB needs technician service. On Bosch multi-zone outdoor boards the same EEPROM fault shows as F4, and on Gen 3 systems as EH 00 / EH 0A / EC 51.

1. 1. One-time fault event (power disturbance or transient sensor reading) common DIY

2. 2. Fault persists after a clean reset occasional pro only

   Check: If the code returns immediately or every session, note the conditions (startup, heating, after rain).

   Fix: A persisting code points at the component the manual assigns to this code — that repair is technician territory.
